Rob Rothberg has been involved since 1986 in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, from pleadings and motions through judgment or settlement, in state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies. His cases have encompassed contract disputes, copyrights, employment law, landlord-tenant disputes, partnership disputes, RICO, securities laws and other matters. He also counsels clients with respect to contract drafting, alternative dispute resolution and other legal issues.
